at last...

well

being in western hot kitchen for nearly one week

now i can perform vy well

i can do burger, pizza, pasta, fish finger, lamb rack, tenderloin, fries, satay al by myself

sum chef even say "wah victor lu sudah pandai buat western a la carte hor"

boleh liao la mcm tu

panggil "Abang Ku" (my chief supervisor western chef) blh rehat liao

u handle boleh doh....

wasai...syok liao lo

but i sumtime i stil confuse the plating

bcoz thr is "pelang lounge", "room service". "spice market", meritus club" tat order

so each dept platting is unsame

some garnishing unsame

some plate tat use unsame

nid to memorize it

n my hand kena oven burn leh

coz when put the pizza out sudden drop

then al the cheese melt n stick to the oven

when cleanin n scrap the oven

yea.i burn my hand

got scar liao n my dear c diok my mms direct say dwn me liao

reason bcoz my hand got scar

nowaday i try my best to hav time to skype, chat, text wif my dear but it seem not gud enuf
