1st day in "Pelangi" main kitchen

last night skype wif my dear n oso cal here to hear her voice

everytime i hear her voice or c her face on skype

duno y my heart wil like wan cry out but i kip on tahan

2day wake up special early coz 1st day in kitchen

i dwn to hav bad impression ma

then go report to HR n they allocated us to our dept

i going to main kitchen until tis end of the month

then 4 days butcher, 2 weeks garde manger, 2 weeks pastry n 1 month main kitchen again

but in main kitchen i divided into 2 section

1 is asian n 1 is western

hmph but i plan to work nite shift coz nite shift eh staff more friendly

sorry o dear i make tis decision cause u feel lonely at night

whole day not doin much

jz walk around, c how they prepare thing, cut n peel vege

then aft work go beach relax awhile

plus the kitchen is basement geh so line not so gud
